In collaboration with FDCI, Bhumika Sharma debuted a lavish collection of formal clothing during Lakmé Fashion Week. Bhumika Sharma’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection included elegant flair and classic silhouettes for the upcoming season. When creating a new print story for the show, Bhumika used mint and lime green tones, which gave the glitzy collection a fantastic, fresh feel. The stunning lehenga, choli, and dupatta trios, as well as the creatively draped saris, Anarkalis, and glam fusion wear, all benefited from embellishments.

The crafts focused on using age-old methods like dabka and tila work to add fine details to the outfits. Rich arrays of pearl embroidery, trademark organza tassels, and an intriguing line of metallic tassels added a modern twist to the line of clothing to further accentuate the designs. The lavishly applied geometric motifs on the clothing were revealed, and the intricate beadwork and craft tale was finished by the French knots.

The long-sleeved printed gown, the long-sleeved choli paired with a printed sari, and the strappy choli for Indian wear all caught attention for their luxurious appearance.

Malaika Arora, the star of the show, looked stunning as she strolled down the runway in a chic, contemporary red sharara, a lavishly embellished bustier, and a matching floor-length robe.

Bhumika Sharma’s formal wear appearance for the upcoming season was just what fashion enthusiasts were looking for in terms of a collection of clothes that will have a significant sartorial impact.
