Manipal Hospitals, Salt Lake, Kolkata, took part in a live daylong minimal invasive gynecological surgery workshop. This workshop was a part of the National Conference of the Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopist (IAGE).

The focus of the workshop was on advanced and unique laparoscopic surgical procedures in gynecology. This program was spearheaded by Dr.S. Krishnakumar, president of IAGE, and Dr. Bhaskar Pal.

About 25 reputed and highly skilled doctors from different corners of India participated in the workshop and showcased some unique minimal invasive surgeries for fellow junior gynecologists. Manipal consultant Dr. Abhinibesh Chatterjee and Dr. M. M. S. Zoha were in the lead role for the program. This event was held at Manipal Hospitals, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

This live surgical workshop addressed the importance of advanced microsurgical procedures used in gynecological practices to treat patients in the hospital. A gynecological of 25 unique minimally invasive has been conducted at minimal cost to the patient.
