Masters Of Marriott Bonvoy Brings Concept Indian Eatery, The Crossing To Kolkata
The second installment of the hotel’s program to highlight and honor culinary excellence in the food and beverage industry, Masters of Marriott Bonvoy, returns to Kolkata. The CROSSING, a well-known restaurant in Dubai, joins the collaboration. The restaurant, which originally debuted in 2022, offers modern Indian cuisine that combines Indian flavors and traditions with distinctive global cooking methods and ingredients.
The restaurant, which is ranked as Asia’s #22 Restaurant by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2022, takes diners on an exploratory gastronomic trip while satisfying traditional palates. The fourth installment of Masters of Marriott Bonvoy for the year, following a hugely successful event with the Indian Accent in September, would feature famed Chef Sunil Datt Rai (Head of Gastronomy – LemonButter, the parent business of The Crossing).
Chef Sunil will create his unique dishes while in Kolkata that is influenced by a more unusual side, including food from Rajput kitchens, undiscovered jewels from North East India, and straightforward yet sturdy recipes from India’s vast coastline. These cuisines will be served to guests over three specially hosted meals on October 14, October 15, and October 16 at the JW Marriott Kolkata.
