The launch of BENGALI CALENDAR 1431 | ১৪৩১” & brand launch of “DARE 2 DREAM (D2D) International Glam Queen and International Icon Award” took place recently.

A great movie endures because of its intriguing story, endearing characters, and memorable moments. This calendar features exquisite pieces of art that encapsulate the essence of daily existence, rendering it universally relatable. In honor of three iconic directors, “12 Artists, 1 Legendary Project: A Fusion of Creativity and Time” celebrates a range of artistic abilities across media. Me & Mooi presented this project.

South Indian actress Antara Sarnakar was the showstopper of the Exclusive Fashion Show by Hamsafar at the event. 

Ruppsha Mukhopadhyay, Moubani Sorcar, Arkoja Acharyya, Ena Saha, Suchandraa Vaaniya, Sumana Das, Tonni Laha Roy, Debasish Mondal, Alivia Sarkar, Shaheb Chattopadhyay, Saikat Das, and Bhaswar Chatterjee were the faces of this amazing calendar.

Debasish Kumar was the chief guest at the event. 

In addition, the “DARE 2 DREAM (D2D) International Glam Queen and International Icon Award” brand launch was held during the event. Columbaas Digiplex has revealed the exciting Dare to Dream International Icon Award and DARE 2 DREAM International Glam Queen Beauty pageant, which will take place at the illustrious House of Lords, Parliament of London, honoring visionary entrepreneurs, distinguished business leaders, accomplished professionals, and fearless queens.

Sukanya Gupta provided details about “Dare to Dream,” an event that appears to be an amalgam of a global summit, an international beauty pageant with models from both India and other countries, a business networking opportunity, and the presentation of the Global Icon Award—all of which are happening under one roof. It appears to provide employment opportunities as well. This special event, which was conceived by Sukanya Gupta, brings together a remarkable group of worldwide luminaries from over ten nations, including the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, and more. The captivating tunes of Smt. Sanchayita Talukder opened the show. Papiya Rao’s inspirational speech added a lot of energy and personality to the presentation. She just won an international award for “Putul” at the Cannes Film Festival.

Debasish Mondal said “I was in the role of Sandip that was enacted by legendary actor Soumitra Chatterjee in Ghare Baire. I hope we have done justice to these amazing characters that have been loved by audiences over so many years”.

Arkoja mentioned that this is the second collaboration with Me & Mooi. To be a part of such a calendar that honors legendary directors and their creations was a great opportunity for her.

Tonni Laha Roy said that she recreated the look of Madhabi Mukherjee from Charulata. While shooting for the calendar, she delved more into the character and understood the film even better.

Bhaswar Chatterjee said “Bengali calendars usually have pictures of gods and goddesses and the dates. But to break that tradition and showcase amazing characters from iconic films is a great step indeed. I am glad to be a part of such an innovative work”.
