The new corporate brand identity of Merlin Group, a real estate industry pioneer for more than 40 years, has been unveiled. The company’s quick expansion and unwavering dedication to quality, innovation, and client pleasure are reflected in this rebranding, which has made Merlin a popular option for investors and homebuyers.

The redesigned logo highlights Merlin’s position as a leader in the real estate industry and its updated goal of accelerating expansion over the next ten years. To effectively convey Merlin‘s distinct value to the real estate industry, the rebranding initiative consists of a comprehensive visual redesign, including a new logo, website, and design system, as well as revised brand promises and improved purpose and vision statements. The new design reflects Merlin’s unwavering dedication to making dreams come true and represents development, reliability, and change.

The company is also developing the first World Trade Center in West Bengal, scheduled for a formal launch next year.
