Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata has come up with the Mexican and Mediterranean themed Sunday Brunch to give you a satisfying breakfast experience. The Sunday brunch menu will be available at Vertex, Fairfield by Marriott.

The culinary team of the hotel put together a vast and unique menu that includes Arabian delights for the Sunday brunch. The Mexican and Mediterranean themed brunch will feature fine soups like, “Broccoli and almond soup”,  “Chelo kabab koobideh”, “Shish taouk”, “Vegetable skewers”, “Five-spice stuffed grilled cottage cheese” among others.

The dishes from Arabia includes, “Tabbouleh – Fresh parsley salad with cracked wheat”, “Mujadara – Green lentil, carrots, onion, garlic, cumin”, “Beetroot Moutabel with feta garnish” and lots more.

The enticing live Grills and Wraps counter will feature dishes like “Quesadillas, “Smoked vegetable Fajitas, “Za’atar marinated grilled chicken” and “Chicken casserole with crushed tortilla chips”. To end the brunch, the delectable desserts on offer are “Date and semolina cake”, the dainty “Crème caramel” and “Ummali”.
