Month-Long Pithey Panchali Utsav Introduced At Ilish Truly Bong Restaurant
The Bengali “Poush Sankranti” rice harvest festival has arrived finally. One can gorge on a mouthwatering variety of pithes at Ilish Truly Bong Restaurant during the month-long Pithey Panchali Utsav, which will make one fall in love with pithes once more. Pithas cooked of rice flour, coconut, milk, and newly picked Paddy—nolen gur/khejurer gur—are a wonderful blend of fresh and delicious flavors served at the festival.
Bengal Pithe and winter go hand in hand. Bengalis eagerly anticipate the winter season, which is marked by aromatic pithes. Ilish Truly Bong Restaurant has made it a point to promote all the festivals that are a natural part of the area and to emphasize the cuisine that goes along with them.
