Women have effortlessly worn all of their hats while juggling numerous household responsibilities and varied work schedules. Women are contributing to society in a variety of ways, including as strong leaders, mothers, wives, and daughters. As an example, consider Kolkata-based businesswoman Moulina Banerjee, who operates the “Break Time Tea Stall” and is a partner in Amazon’s “I Have Space” (IHS) Partner. She started working as a receptionist at a diagnostic center in 2017 after earning her degree. She sadly left her employment in 2019 owing to health issues. Financial difficulties for Moulina and her family didn’t end with the advent of COVID-19; they had only just begun. After her father lost his work, the family was left without a wage earner. Once Moulina began to feel better, she made the decision to launch “Break Time Tea Stall” in March 2021.

Even though Moulina and her family felt some comfort, their expenses couldn’t be covered by their income. At this point, Moulina heard through a friend about Amazon’s IHS program. She viewed this as a chance to make more money and help her family. In August 2022, she signed up for the program and joined IHS as a partner.

While bringing smiles to Amazon customers and serving tea to her neighbors, she also works on her long-term goal of becoming a nurse. She wants to concentrate on establishing her tea stand and becoming an Amazon “I Have Space” partner while she works towards her long-term objective.

The capacity to generate additional money while juggling other work and family obligations is crucial for IHS partners like Moulina.
