The much-awaited trailer for Windows Production’s upcoming Pujo film, Bohurupi, which is helmed by the esteemed team of Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee, was just released. The key roles in the movie are played by Abir Chatterjee, Ritabhari Chakraborty, Shiboprosad Mukherjee, and Koushani Mukherjee.

An intense fight between a dacoit and a determined police officer opens the trailer. As Sumanta Ghoshal discovers a bold bank heist at the Ajaygunj Co-operative Bank, where three thieves carry out their scheme in an astounding four minutes, tension rises. Then, we are introduced to Chhyanchrapur, a fascinating West Bengali village where everyone, including Jhimli, the best pickpocket in the village, has a penchant for crime.

In the trailer, we see Sumanta Ghoshal’s unshakable commitment to duty and probity as a police officer, set against a string of bold bank robberies that win the public’s respect for the elusive criminal. This prepares the audience for a thrilling confrontation between the police and the dacoit.

“Bohurupi represents a monumental milestone as the biggest-budget film in Windows Production’s history. The completion of this large-scale undertaking took a full dozen years. We had a strong desire to return the favor to our audience with this release during Pujo after the tremendous success of last year.
