Dhaaga Production organized a lavish music launch at Star Theatre for their next movie, 5 No Swapnamoy Lane. Celebrated singers Lopamudra Mitra, Iman Chakraborty, and composer Joy Sarkar gave live renditions of the film’s music, which was unveiled to an eager audience. The film has been made under the direction of the well-known and highly respected actress Manasi Sinha.

The event served as evidence of the film’s lyrical depth and melodic attractiveness. Joy Sarkar directed the film’s beautiful music, which was written to go with its endearing story.

“Manasi said while directing the film, she made many friends. I will tell you that I found a family here. It is both onscreen and offscreen. I have watched the film so many times for composing the music. And now I feel that the characters in the film have become close to me. I cannot separate my professional and personal life. And I do not want that to happen” said Joy Sarkar.

Rabindra sangeet has been primarily used in the movie, which includes Sakhi, Adhare Ekela Ghore Mon Manena sung by Srabani Sen, Ami Ki Gaan Gabo Je sung by Lopamudra Mitra & Edin Aaji Kon Ghore Go sung by Iman Chakraborty and Durnibar Saha. The title song, Swapnamoy Lane, is written by Akash Chakraborty and sung by Antara Mitra.

“A vital part of 5 No Swapnamoy Lane’s emotional tapestry is music. Every song captures the spirit of the narrative and the characters’ experiences. I am honored to have such talented artists bring these compositions to life” said the director.

The soundtrack of the movie will be available on all major streaming platforms.

5 No Swapnamoy Lane is set to hit theaters on 20th December 2024.
