Dhaak is an intrinsic part of Durga Puja celebrations. The beats of the Dhaak are like a tune to welcome the Mother Goddess. It creates a festive aura. The individuals who play the Dhaak are known as Dhaakis.

Keeping the importance of Dhaak during Durga Puja, a music video Uma Asche has been conceptualized.

The beautiful music video delineates the somber atmosphere of Dhaki’s little hut. This is presented by Fable Frame Motion Picture LLP presentation which has been directed by Arindam Goswami and produced by Kanad Banik.

A little boy inside the hut is the spokesperson of the Dhaaki community which is in a bad condition due to the pandemic The little boy thinks that he will not be able to play the Dhak during Durga Puja and he is equally concerned about his ailing paralyzed father. Whether they will be able to enjoy this year’s puja or not is his concern. However, he gets this answer from the goddess herself.

The answer can be found on Viringi, a new YouTube Channel that was launched by Fable Frame Motion Picture on the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya.

Ishan Ghosh (little boy), Priyangshi Barick(little Maa Durga), Kanad Banik (Paralyzed Father), and Simran Bhattacharya (Mother) will be seen in the video.

The music video has been shot at Baruipur, Ghutiyari Sharif, Joka and Kheada village, Rajpur, and Sonarpur.
