The title launch of the upcoming Bengali film Rahsyamoy was unveiled in the presence of director duo Soumyaa Supriyaa, Saswata Chatterjee, Sayoni Ghosh, Anindya Chattopadhyay, Amrita Chattopadhyay, Debraj, Aryaa and others.

The story of the film revolves around four haracters namely Aditya, esha, Abhimanyu and Tithi. The lead pairs of the story Aditya-Esha and Abhimanyu-Tithi. They work as IT professionals and live in the same apartment on two opposite flats. Suddenly DCP Anish Roy, the investigating officer receives a phone call early in the morning informing him about Abhimanyu’s death in his bedroom. Tithi is found lying unconscious on the floor. Investigation revealed that the room was locked from inside. Even the windows were locked from inside. Is Tithi the murderer or is there any other mystery to be unfolded?

“I am now thinking about how I will portray this detective in a different light from the one that I have done before. This is my main concern now” said Saswata Chatterjee.

Anindya revealed that Supriyaa was his drawing teacher. The actor hoped that he will do justice to the making of the film. “I will be again working with Apu da (Saswata Chatterjee) in this film again. I just hope we don’t have to run as much as we did in our last film together. However we do not know as to how the director has planned to shoot the film. I am looking forward to the film” said the actor.

Sayoni Ghosh was looking forward to the journey of making the film. The actress hoped that producers should invest in Bengali films more in future. And for that the audience must come and watch the films at the halls.

The producer of the film is Chhaliya Srivastava of Amar Cinevision.

The script has been written by Padmanabha Dasgupta.

The shooting of the film will begin soon.
