Nepalese Cuisine Festival At Ecohub Boasts Amazing Nepalese Dishes
Nepal’s cuisine reflects the diversity of its people, who come from a wide range of backgrounds and ethnicities and live in a country set against the backdrop of the Himalayas. In general, Nepalese cuisine is healthier than that of most other South Asian cuisines since it places a greater emphasis on salads, chunky vegetables, lean meats, and pickled foods rather than fats.
Lentils, potatoes (which are especially well-liked by the Newar communities in the Himalayas and Pahar region), tomatoes, cumin, coriander, chilies, peppers, garlic, and mustard oil are common components in Nepalese cuisine.
Ecohub has developed a Nepalese Cuisine Festival for the patrons in Kolkata.
