Ritwick Chakraborty’s incredibly outstanding new hoichoi Original series Gora 2 is currently streaming only on hoichoi. The first season of the program received a great deal of acclaim and favorable reviews from viewers. Creator Sahana Dutta and director Joydeep Mukherjee have already gotten a tonne of love and support from the people following the release of the Gora 2 trailer.

Shreyashi (Ushashi Ray) visits Gora in the opening scene of the story and presents her with an intriguing case. In the same home where her sister committed suicide, the daughter also passed away along with another child exhibiting symptoms of blood vomiting. In the meantime, Gora receives a new case from the proprietor of a nursing home where they have been observing numerous deaths following falls from heights.

While investigating Gora finds a peculiar connection between the cases. Meanwhile, there’s another addition back in Gora’s house, Arna (Manali Dey) a very polite and cordial woman who joined them as a nurse to his mother who has recently gone through an eye operation. Gora being himself doesn’t like Arna a lot. While there exists a different crisis back home Gora focuses on getting to every house that reported a child’s death and finds out that these were all girl children, only to connect the dots back to his home for answers.

“Gora occupies a unique place in my heart since it symbolizes a character I have never played before. I find it quite enjoyable to bring this character to life on TV. The first season has been met with exceptional, far surpassing milestone levels of love and support. I sincerely appreciate the audience’s outstanding response. I’m grateful for the second season of Gora, which has even more comedy and mystery than the first. As a result, I am incredibly excited for Gora 2 and sincerely hope that the public will show it the same degree of love as they did for the first season” said Ritwick.

So, after considerable thought, I came up with the idea of a detective who suffers from forgetfulness. Detectives are typically depicted as somber characters, but I wanted to showcase a flawed detective. Gora was born as a result of this. We are happy to announce the second season of Gora in light of the first season’s phenomenal success and the very positive reception it garnered from viewers.
