The comprehensive event management institute was launched by the Asian Institute for Event Management (AIEM). AIEM, led by a group of seasoned professionals from the industry, aimed to transform the field of event management education in India. The anticipated grand opening took place at AD 91 (Salt Lake), Kolkata.

AIEM’s curriculum included a distinctive combination of classroom instruction, an experience lab, fieldwork, and internships, to transform enthusiastic learners into builders of unforgettable events. By offsetting course fees with revenues from a paid internship program, the institute’s three-year and two-year diploma programs effectively prevented students from having to pay for anything out of their own pockets.

AIEM’s cutting-edge Experience Lab, where theory meets practical application, is at the heart of its educational approach. With sophisticated lighting, audio, LED wall, and special effects setups, the lab equipped students for the fast-paced world of event production and management. The Experience Lab’s cutting-edge Décor Room is proof of its dedication to offering a thorough, hands-on education in event management.

AIEM is proud to have a strong network of more than 150 event specialists throughout India. Students have unique access to a wide range of viewpoints and methods within the event management sector thanks to this vast network. Through networking opportunities, internships, and hands-on experience provided by affiliations, students were equipped with the confidence to enter the field of event management.

Students worked with seasoned experts in a variety of event management environments to get practical learning experience.
