Nothing, a consumer tech unicorn based in London, announced the opening of its sixth Exclusive Service Center in India, which is currently located in Kolkata. The new facility demonstrates the company’s ongoing dedication to providing quicker, more specialized service to its expanding clientele and fortifies its after-sales infrastructure in India.

The Kolkata location is the next phase in Nothing’s plan to create a strong, premium service environment that keeps up with the quick expansion of its user base, with five Exclusive Service Centres currently in operation throughout the nation. In a brand-focused setting, the center is intended to offer committed support through qualified professionals, priority service, professional diagnostics, and improved customer care.

Nothing keeps making significant investments in post-purchase infrastructure to sustain this quick expansion. Nothing’s nationwide service network grew from 350 to 430 service centres in 2025 alone, and it has a clear plan to achieve 500 centres by the end of 2026. Additionally, priority service desks have expanded from five to more than thirty sites, enhancing customer accessibility and cutting down on turnaround times throughout India.

Nothing’s ongoing efforts to provide more individualized and superior after-sales assistance include the establishment of the new Kolkata Exclusive Service Centre. The centre will operate from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and will remain closed on Sundays.

Customers can take advantage of free product cleaning, discounts on replacement components, and no servicing fees at the service center on the second and fourth Saturdays, which are observed as Nothing Service Day.
