Original Song Oboshehshe Shows Stories Of 5 Different People With Different Love
City based band ‘A Dot in The Sky‘, released a brand new Bengali original song Oboshehshe.
The stories of five different people are deftly woven together in this song, each of them expressing a different kind of love, whether it be for their significant other, the outdoors, music, pets, or solitude. The song’s idea of enjoying life with one’s lover is compellingly visualised in the music video, which masterfully depicts these various love stories. The artistry for this new song, particularly the calligraphy, was created by Upal Sengupta of the pioneer band Chandrabindoo.
Gaurab Chatterjee and Upal Sengupta graced the occasion by offering their opinions about the song, band, and musicians. Along with other members, vocalist Anny and composer Sudipto discussed their challenges and experiences with ADTS as a stand-alone project. In addition, the song’s spirit is incredibly calming, and the music video brought to mind our stunning North Bengal hills.
Indian ambient-post-rock group A Dot In The Sky is based in Kolkata. In the summer of 2016, the band embarked on a musical trip at Kasol. A dot in the sky is a configuration that has the inherent capacity to experiment with ambient music, contingent upon the genre band’s fervent belief in their own notion of music production. All of the songs are available in English, Bengali, and Hindi. In addition to covering a wide variety of genres, ADTS also creates unique music for festivals, private gatherings, and college events.
The band members are Anny Ahmed (Vocal / songwriter) , Sudipto Paul (Composer / Keyboardist / Songwriter) , Pradyumna Laskar (Bass Guitarist) , Saurav Das (Drummer) and Shounak Dasgupta (Guitarist).
The band is ready to release their ‘instrumental EP’ on 25th December.
