Pabrai’s Fresh & Naturelle Ice Creams Announces Expansion Plans
Pabrai’s Fresh & Naturelle Ice Creams, based in Kolkata, is planning a major expansion in response to the post-covid surge in demand. The exotic and exclusive ice cream maker plans to open 14 stores in 7 cities and restart retail parlors stores and cloud services, bringing the total number of stores to over 50 across the country.
Pabrai’s Fresh & Naturelle Ice Creams is owned and operated by the Pabrai family of Kolkata, who have been in the ice cream business for 37 years and are known as the “Icecream Walas.” Anuvrat Pabrai, the company’s founder, is supported by his two sons, Kunal and Nishant Pabrai. The expansion also includes the construction of a new state-of-the-art production facility to accommodate Pabrai’s Ice Creams’ growing retail footprint.
Pabrai’s fruit range contains no artificial colors or flavors and is made entirely of natural ingredients. The fruit ice creams are seasonal because they don’t use canned fruits. Alphonso Mango, Jamun, Leechee, Himsagar Mango Watermelon, and Musk Melon are among the summer special ice creams.
Only high-quality natural ingredients are used in the non-fruit flavors. The Vanilla ice cream, for example, is made with high-quality Vanilla pods, and the Chocolate ice cream is made with the highest grade of naturally processed Cocoa.
Pabrai’s sugar-free ice creams are made with prebiotic fourth-generation sweeteners derived from plant sources, which have no aftertaste. Pabrai plans to introduce new Sugar-Free flavors in the near future.
Tamarind, Aam Panna, Falsa, and Lime Lemon Sorbet are among the flavors available. Vegan ice cream is also in the works.
Ruby Chocolate ice cream is Pabrai’s newest addition, joining Milk, Dark, and White chocolates as the fourth type of chocolate. Ruby Chocolate ice cream is pink in color and has a fruity flavor. Pabrai’s is the first brand in India, and possibly the world, to introduce Ruby Chocolate ice cream.
