Paprika Gourmet was established in 2011. It is an exotic artisan catering service. The brand completed 10 years in the industry in March. From small private gatherings to large corporate events, celebrations, and parties, Paprika Gourmet has been serving patrons with love, warmth, enticing delicacies, and flavourful experiences.

The brand is led by food connoisseur Vidisha Bathwal.

The dishes on the menu include ‘Laksa’, ‘Clay pot rice’, ‘Turkish pizza’, ‘Vietnamese rolls’, ‘Parsi Dhansak’ and ‘Chocolate baked Alaska’. To celebrate the 10-year milestone, they have innovated and introduced new items such as gluten-free Sourdough bread, ‘Zatar sundried tomato focaccia with pesto and veggie filling’, and ‘Charcoal sourdough bread’.

The menu highlights exotic platters like ‘The Irani Special platter’, ‘Mad Mex platter’, ‘Punjab da Dhaba platter’, and ‘Alpine Indulgence platter’. Each of these platters includes a range of appetizers, mains, and desserts, and serves 5 to 6 people.

The new menu has fusion desserts like, ‘Ice cream sandwiches’, ‘Gulab Jamun Cheesecake’, ‘Gajar Halwa Tarts’, ‘Rasmalai Disc’ and ‘Oreo Chocolate’, and many more.
