Parambrata Unveils Chinese New Year Menu
The Chinese New Year is just around the corner. To celebrate this feat, Shanghai-Flavours of China Town has come up with an exclusive Chinese New Year Menu for their patrons.
This is the Year of the Dragon.
Gracing the menu launch event was actor Parambrata Chatterjee and Debraj De, Managing Director of Shanghai Flavours of China Town.
The Chinese New Year Menu boasts dishes like Hoisin glazed pork with pokchay, Dragon noodles, Stir-fried garlic beans with chicken, Crispy ginger-soy scallion fish, Thai-infused granite prawns, Lo Mein noodles, Chicken in hot basil, Double fried pork, Cheese bell pepper boat and Udang plasma root.
Speaking at the menu launch, Parambrata said “Bengalis have a huge love for Chinese food. And a Chinese New Year Menu introduced by Shanghai is an icing on the cake for Bengali patrons. I am glad I was called to this event”.
The festival’s menu will be available at all the 12 outlets of this food chain.
The operating hours are 11 am to 11 pm during this festive time.
With this menu launch, Shanghai aims to capture the essence of the Chinese New Year and offer patrons an amazing culinary experience.
