Parambrata Chatterjee’s next directorial film titled Bonnie is based on a story by eminent Bengali writer Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay. He will be acting in the film too. Koel Mallick will be seen opposite him. Anjan Dutt and Kanchan Mullick will be seen in other pivotal roles.

A few foreign actors might also act in the film.

The film will be shot in foreign locales. There are three parts to the story. The first part is about a couple and their new born baby who live in Milan. The couple understand that the baby have super powers. The second part is about a scientist who comes to know about the baby and goes to Milan in search of the baby. The third part is about a middle class family in Kolkata who comes in possession of a robot. The three stories move simultaneously in the film.

To make the story at par with the current times, minor changes have been made to the story.
