The name Cheene Badaam will surely make you nostalgic. To evoke that sense of nostalgia, director Shieladitya Moulik has come up with a new film titled Cheene Badaam. The shooting of the film is currently in progress in different parts of the city.

Yash Dasgupta, Ena Saha was found shooting scenes for this new Bengali film.

The story revolves around Rishav and his girlfriend Trisha. Rishav is from a technical background and develops a mobile app, Cheene Badaam (Peanuts). The app is helpful for lonely people to find friends. However, their personal relationship turns topsy-turvy. They themselves turn to the app for finding friends. What happens after this?

The scene that was shot were family scenes and nothing complex, revealed the actors.

Yash said, “I and Ena have been good friends though we have never done any work together. That friendship has helped us to shoot the scenes with ease and comfort. I am having a good time shooting the film”.

Ena highlighted the fact that the film does not want to bash dependency on social media. Instead, it wants people to take note of how much time they must spend on this medium.

The music of Cheene Badaam has been composed by Soumya-Rit.
