Pinaki Gangopadhyay’s 2 Important Works Out Now
Two important literary works by Shri Pinaki Gangopadhyay were recently launched in a notable event hosted by BookPeckers, a well-known literary agency and publishing house. In the first book, God Science and Reality, the author uses a nonfiction narrative to explore the relationship between quantum physics and the ancient Indian philosophy of Vedanta. The second is a collection of poetry called Ardhosotter Dinrat, which translates to Half Truth, Full Life in English. It includes several Bengali poems that reflect the conventions and values of modern society.
“God Science and Reality” was introduced by Shri Swami Vedanishthananda Maharaj and renowned scholar Shri Nrisingha Prasad Bhaduri, while the poetry book “Ardhosotter Dinrat” was unveiled by renowned poet Shri Subodh Sarkar and celebrated elocutionist Smt Bratati Bandopadhyay.
Basundhara Ghoshal, Director of BookPeckers, said, “These books are invitations to ponder and explore outside the box as much as they are texts. God Science and Reality provide readers with a framework to examine and comprehend the nature of existence via both lenses by fusing rigorous scientific techniques with spiritual insights. In the meantime, Ardhosotter Dinrat’s moving poetry forces the reader to examine the realities that lie behind accepted truths by encapsulating contemporary issues and social observations”.
The launch event brought together influential figures in the fields of spirituality, philosophy, and literature, drawing a wide-ranging audience ready to discuss these impactful subjects. Attendees’ conversations were prompted by the debate and readings from the novels, demonstrating the deep influence of these works.
“God Science and Reality” and “Ardhosotter Dinrat” are now available at leading bookstores and through online platforms. They are priced at Rs 450 and Rs 300 respectively.
