Bengali New Year or Noboborsho are other names for Pohela Boisakh. “Nobo” means “new”, and “Borsho” means “year” in literal translation. The Bengali community around the world celebrates it with joy. Relatives, friends, and family get together and prepare special meals. Additionally, it is a time for celebrations, feasts, fairs, and cultural encounters.

Pride Hotel, like the other years, has come up with special offerings to celebrate Poila Boisakh.

The dishes on offer are Bengali Beetroot Chaat Salad, Gondhoraj Lemon & Grilled Prawn Salad, Gaach Patha r Kebab, Bhapa Murgir Paturi, Kucho Chingrir Bora with Tomato Kasundi Dip, Kolkata Style Chicken Biryani, Chingri maach diye aloo kumror chakka, Mochar borar dalna, Makha Sandesh, Kheer chop, Baked Rosogolla, Stuffed langcha and many more.

The special offer will be available from the 13^th to the 15^th of April.

The timing is 12.30 pm – 4.00 pm for lunch and 7.00 pm onwards for dinner.

Pohela Boishakh special buffet is priced at Rs 1696 +taxes.
