The poster and trailer launch of Aaheli took place recently in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

The film Aaheli is a horror film. The makers claim that people with heart issues must avoid watching the film as it is full of horror elements.

The story is about a woman who has lost his husband recently. Her family consists of her daughter. Her husband wished that they will live in a farmhouse if he ever died. After his death, the woman, her daughter, her younger sister and her mother come to live in the farmhouse. She notices certain changes in her daughter Aaheli. After they call a Father, the child Aaheli is freed from the clutches of the spirit that lives in the house. Whose spirit is that? The film will unveil all these secrets.

The film is directed by Debjit Mondal. The story and screenplay have also been penned down by Debjit Mondal.

The cast consists of Anamika Saha, Bodhisatwa Majumdar, Debashish Ganguly, Banasrita Maiti, and others.

The background music has been composed by R. J. Rahul.

The film is eyeing for release on 28^th October.
