All the coffees are brewed using their signature house blend from Bloom Coffee Roasters.

The High-Coffee experience at Potboiler aims to highlight not just the different ways coffee can be served but also how coffee roast profile and coffee estate and regions impact the final cup.

What makes this experience different is how inclusive the whole experience is. It is not the menu but also the barista(s) who interact and explain how and why each coffee is paired with that one specific food dish from the menu.
