The special screening of National award-winning director Suman Ghosh’s Kabuliwala took place at South City Inox.

The special screening was organized by the Prabha Khaitan Foundation.

“Chalchitra Rangmanch” is a cutting-edge platform in the entertainment and cultural industries. This is the umbrella under which a variety of cultural events are held.

Kabuliwala was shown under this initiative this time.

Actors Abir Chatterjee, Sohini Sarkar, Anumegha Kahali, director Suman Ghosh, Prabha Khaitan Foundation Chief Operating Officer Manisha Jain, Munmun Sen, Mimi Chakraborty, Isha Saha, Saswata Chatterjee, Bickram Ghosh, Kaushik Ganguly, Sohag Sen, Ansuya Majumdar, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, Indradeep Dasgupta, Sudeshna Roy, Abhijit Guha and others attended the special screening.

Director Suman Ghosh said, “I am very close friends with Sundeep Bhutoria. Mithun Chakraborty and I co-directed a movie called “Nobel Chor” exactly twelve years ago. Sandeep organized a similar event at that time as well. I am associated with the Prabha Khaitan Foundation in this manner. Even with Kabuliwala’s success, I will always be grateful for the Prabha Khaitan Foundation’s assistance in setting up this special screening. Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, Bickram Ghosh, Kaushik Ganguly, and numerous others who were unable to attend the premiere watched the film”.
