A press conference of the upcoming Bengali film Mukhosh was organized in the presence of director Arghadeep Chatterjee, Payel Sarkar, Shantilal Mukhopadhyay, Rajatava Dutta, Prantik, Amrita and others.

The story of Mukhosh begins when a girl comes to the police station in search of her sister. She feels that her sister has been kidnapped. Whether her sister is really kidnapped or murdered, that is revealed as the story progresses in the film Mukhosh.

Payel looked sexy and beautiful in the black dress that she wore at the event. She plays the role of Pamela in the film. “Pamela is a manipulative and intelligent woman. I have enjoyed playing this character. Arghadeep makes great thrillers and this one is nothing different. This is my second film with him. Though this will be releasing before the other film that I have done with him” said the actress.

Arghadeep mentioned that it was a good experience shooting the film. He felt blessed that he could direct stalwarts like Rajatava Dutta and Shantilal Mukherjee so early in his career. He was also happy with the way debutant actress Amrita acted in the film.

Speaking about the music of the film, the director said that Nilanjan has composed the music of the film. The music is another character of the film and the songs are such that one will feel that they are three songs from three different films.

Shantilal plays the role of an OC of a police station in the film. The actor mentioned that he had a great time shooting the thriller with such a young and energetic team.

The film is eyeing for release soon.
