Mango is the king of fruits. And the love of the people for this fruit is immeasurable. Princeton Club has come up with a unique food festival around juicy and tasty mangoes titled Mango Mania.

The menu consists of dishes like Cheese Nachos with smoked Mango salsa, Mango Vegetarian Teriyaki with Mango Sticky Rice, Japanese mango sticky rice, Shrimp Ceviche, and others.

Desserts on offer are Mango chia seeds pudding and chopped mango phirni.

The chef Abhijit Chakraborty has come up with this new mango-infused menu that consists of continental, and pan-Asian dishes.

Mango Mania will be on from 8th July to 17th July at Princeton Club over lunch and dinner.
