Subhashree Ganguly, a doting mother, and director of RCE (Raj Chakraborty Entertainment), Falaque Rashid Roy, an actor and director of FFACE, and Polomi Jaiswal, an entrepreneur, a homemaker, and a doting mother of two, came together to celebrate the essence of womanhood.

Polomi, the owner of Fuse Salon and The Brewhive, said her two children are her biggest motivation and strength.

Women’s roles in real life include those of a wife, a mother, a daughter, a career woman, and so on.

The life of one of Bengali cinema’s most successful actors, from being a 17-year-old from Burdawan chasing her dreams and coming to  Kolkata, is a great example in itself.

Subhashree, now a young mother to Yuvaan, talked about how life has taught her the value of being a woman.

The ability of a woman to create, nurture, and bring a new life into the world is the most amazing feeling that men will never have.

She believes that a strong woman requires a strong man, just as every successful man has a woman behind him, and she attributes her success to her husband Raj Chakraborty.

Actor & Business Head of the Fashion house in city FFACE, Falaque described how, against all odds, she began her modeling career at the age of 17 with her mother’s support and permission.

However, with her father’s help, things improved later.  Her acting career took off only after she married.

Falaque rose to fame after her debut film, Parineeta (2019), and went on to star in a number of other films, including FIR (2021).

She believes that it is not only the husband’s support that is important, but also the support of the entire family, and for that, she is grateful to her mother and mother-in-law, both of whom are working women who support her like no one else.

Ritu Nangalia Jaiswal, Oiendrila Ray Kapur, Dipanjana Datta, Luna Chatterjee, and Kakali Biswas were honored by the trio.

Their brave stories are not only inspiring, but also courageous, and they inspire and motivate all women.

They have demonstrated that the modern woman is a fighter, a leader, and a force to be reckoned with.
