Recipe- Khaja
Ingredients
- Flour
- Refined vegetable oil
- Rice flour
- Sugar syrup
Method
Make dough out of flour and make three big rotis out of it. Place the rotis on top of one another. Use oil and rice flour in between the rotis when you place them on top of it. Roll the rotis and then cut pieces from it. Now flatten it out and fry in oil. Later dip them in sugar syrup and it is ready to be served.
