The newest offering from the cloud kitchen chain edabba is called Red Lantern. This brand, which specializes in the immensely popular oriental cuisine, offers genuine Asian flavors that come from the Far East.

The menu boasts Tibetan and Chinese delicacies which include a variety of momos and Woks.

The extensive menu consists of dishes like  “Chicken Cheese Momos”, “Chicken Peri Peri Momos”, “Chicken Schezwan momos”, “Classic chicken Momos”, “Corn and Cheese Momos”, “Classic Mix Veg Momos”, “Paneer Momos”, “Veg Schezwan Momos”, “Clear Soup”, “Manchow Soup”, “Hot and Sour Soup” and “Thukpa”.

The menu boasts of a‘Wok Box Platter’ with a choice of Rice or Noodles along with a side dish and beverage in a well-crafted Wok Box. The signature dishes for the platter include “Veg Hakka Noodles”, “Mixed Fried Rice”, “Egg Chicken Chow Mein”, “Chilli Paneer”, and “Mushroom Chilli Chicken” amongst others.

The brand is currently operating out of 7 kitchens in Kolkata.
