Ibiza is getting ready to celebrate the 78th Independence Day with fervor. An exceptional culinary festival featuring a variety of dishes from various Indian Army units is being held at The Fern Resort & Spa in Kolkata. The ‘Regimental Zaika Food Festival is a fitting tribute to the Indian Army, offering a distinctive culinary experience. The eagerly awaited event seeks to preserve the culinary traditions of the several Indian Army regiments for future generations while celebrating the varied culinary styles and cuisines of those regiments. From August 10 to August 18, the festival will entertain guests during lunchtime.

 The resort is also decorated with patriotic décor in honor of Independence Day, creating a patriotic atmosphere. During Independence Week, Ibiza The Fern Resort & Spa in Kolkata is gearing up to make sure that visitors have an amazing time. Eight regiments—Punjab and Sikh, Bengal Infantry, Dogra, Assam, Bihar, Madras, Maratha Light Infantry & The Maharashtra Regiment, Rajput & Jat Regiment—will be represented in the culinary tapestry of the food festival, which is curated by ZAFFAR RAHMAN, Executive Assistant Manager, Ibiza The Fern Resort & Spa, Kolkata. Through its variety of tastes, the food festival will honor the Indian Army’s contribution.

The dishes on offer are Tiranga Chicken Tikka, Tri-flavored Paneer Kebab, Satay Fish, Kanju Crispy Corn, Swadeshi Pulao, Range De Basanti Kofta Curry, Dharti Putra Aloo Dum, Jai Veero Ki Sabili, Maa Ki Dal, Swatantra Kadhi, and Tiranga Gosht.

This festival will be available to guests during lunch hours from August 10th to 18th.
