Champaran Mutton is prepared typically in earthen pots or matkas with strong garlic and mustard oil aroma and is called after the Champaran District in Bihar. The talented in-house culinary team has created a delectable dish that will certainly transport customers on a gourmet adventure.

The Champaran Festival will also showcase both International and regional Indian dishes such as, “Ahuna mutton” or “Matkagosht”. There will be live counters of “Litti and Chokha”, a variety of “Parathas”, and the famous “Patna Pani Puri” to delve into.
