Begin your gastronomic journey with the renowned Peking Duck, which is served with classic pancakes, hoisin sauce, and fresh vegetables and is renowned for its crispy skin.

The delicious Hoisin Duck Roll follows, which consists of roasted duck that has been tenderly folded in crispy phyllo and covered in a sweet and savory hoisin sauce.

Savor the rich Thai Roast Duck Curry, which combines succulent duck with a creamy red curry flavored with pineapples and California grapes, or indulge in the distinct flavor of Sliced Roast Duck, which is enhanced by toasted sesame seeds and spicy hoisin.

For a flavorful finish to your meal, choose the fiery Sliced Roast Duck with Chili Soy Sauce or the Stir-Fried Sliced Roast Duck in premium oyster sauce.
