Ritwick Chakraborty and Srabanti will be seen together in a new film titled Teko. This is a new pairing and the audience will surely have high expectations from this pair.

The actors will be seen playing two individuals who are obsessed with their hairstyles. Ritwick plays Alokesh who is obsessed with his hair and he sports different hairstyles. He is an office-goer from a middle class background. He is soon to marry Meena (Srabanti) who is a blogger. Even she is obsessed with her hair. Alokesh sees an advertisement of hair oil and uses it. He starts losing hair and things take a turn. What happens next?

Srabanti’s character is one who was a big fan of MS Dhoni till the time he had long locks. The moment he chopped it off, she lost interest in him. With this film, the director will not only be highlighting the social issues but will showcase a love story.

The director of the film is Abhimanyu Mukherjee. The director had worked with Ritwick in 2011 in the mega-serial Josh. Abhimanyu meanwhile began his career by doing stand up comedy shows for television. Later he directed two films Noor Jahan and Piya Re.

The shooting of the film has already begun.
