RNT Project Consists Of 10 Tagore Songs Mixed With International Sounds
SVF Music released RNT Project on the occasion of Rabindranath Tagore’s birthday.
In honor of the celebrated poet’s birth anniversary, this collection of 10 Rabindra Sangeet promises to be a singular and remarkable musical experience. International sounds have been mixed with Tagore’s compositions by the gifted music director Arindom and a collection of accomplished musicians from around the world to produce something truly exceptional.
Some of the tracks include “Amar Mollikaboney,” “Kotobaro Bhebechhinu,” “Bhalobeshe Shokhi,” “Amaro Porano Jaha Chay,” “Shokhi Bhabona,” “Tomar Khola Hawa,” “Ami Chini Go Chini,” “Oder Shathe Melao,” “Amar Nishitho Raatero,” and “Hey Shokha”.
Each song conveys a unique atmosphere and offers a new viewpoint on Tagore’s music.
Surangana Bandyopadhyay, Nikhita Gandhi, Somlata Acharyya Chowdhury, Lopamudra Mitra, Lagnajita Chakraborty, and Amrita Singh Majumdar are some of the artists who have worked on this album.
Arindom talked about the process of creating each tune as well as his experiences working on the project. A global audience for Tagore’s music is intended through the merging of classical sitars, cello, Spanish percussion, clarinet, guitar, and electronic production.
