In a unique case, robotic-assisted surgery was used to treat a complicated adrenal cyst in a 41-year-old woman at Narayana Hospital RN Tagore Hospital, Mukundapur. The hospital’s proficiency in handling difficult situations with state-of-the-art equipment was demonstrated by the minimally invasive treatment, which not only protected the patient’s key organs but also guaranteed a speedy recovery.

The patient, Ms. Sangita Dutta (name changed per request), was having vomiting fits and left-sided lumbar pain. Dutta recovered extraordinarily quickly and was released within 24 hours of the procedure, a noteworthy result that demonstrates the benefits of robotic surgery.
