Seagram’s Royal Stag launched the eagerly anticipated fourth edition of Royal Stag BoomBox with a magnificent opening night at Aquatica Ground in Kolkata, honoring its motto of Living It Large. This year’s Royal Stag BoomBox elevates the bar by skillfully fusing the greatest music and gaming entertainment into a single immersive experience, building on the incredible success of earlier editions. Thousands of people flocked to the thrilling event to see some of India’s most well-known performers. The evening presented a potent display of music, spectacle, and the distinct character of Generation Large, complete with high-energy sets and memorable on-stage experiences.

Beyond merely music, the vast Aquatica Ground in Kolkata became a multimodal playground with colorful installations, immersive art displays, carefully chosen food experiences, and interactive areas. Gaming sensation Payal Dhare and a fan who persevered through the event’s gaming rounds won and gained the opportunity to play alongside her, engaged in a thrilling face-off to start the evening. DJ Sahil Gulati’s exciting opening set came next, and his catchy beats established the mood right away.

Rap legend Dino James entered the stage, igniting the crowd with his trademark high-energy performance, and the momentum grew. The legendary rock group Fossils followed with a booming set that showcased their iconic rock sound and powerful stage presence, keeping the excitement high. Headliner Armaan Malik gave a breathtaking finale that brought the evening to a memorable close. His soulful voice and chart-topping hits captivated fans, perfectly capturing the festival’s distinctive fusion of musical styles and leaving Generation Large with an unforgettable live experience.

“Royal Stag Boombox has always celebrated music that unites people across genres and generations, and that’s something I genuinely connect with. Live performances, in my opinion, are about genuine moments and shared enthusiasm. I was excited to visit Kolkata for Season 4. Singing along with everyone was quite exciting, and the city has always shown me so much affection,” said Armaan Malik.

Royal Stag BoomBox heads to Vizag on 7th March, followed by Mumbai on 21st March, and Mohali on 28th March.
