Rupkatha Rudra’s First Solo Exhibition; 135 Beautiful Photos Displayed
What transpires when a five-year-old kid with big eyes starts to perceive the world through her prism? Rupkatha Rudra, who is 21 years old, is a dedicated photographer who has broad taste in many different genres of the industry and creates beauty with her camera. She has already received a good deal of acclaim and honors, so she is ready to enchant people with her photos. Bengal Gallery, ICCR hosted her first solo exhibition, The Photographic Odyssey of Rupkatha, which was sponsored by SupportAct.
Unveiled by the Hon’ble Minister of Sundarbans Affairs Bankim Chandra Hazra, the event was graced by Parambrata Chatterjee, Srikanto Acharya, Dr Arna Seal, Pratap Dasgupta, and Sourav Mukherjee.
Rupkatha was raised in an educated household. Her parents are Meenakshi Rudra, a teacher, and Pratip Rudra, a renowned Superintending Engineer in the West Bengal P.H.E. Department. She is enrolled in AMITY UNIVERSITY in Kolkata to get her B.A. in Applied Psychology. Rupkatha’s heart, however, beats for more than just knowledge. Her unshakable love of photography is what so wonderfully captures her experience.
The exhibition showcased a total of 135 photographs clicked by Rupkatha in different genres like Travel, Landscape, Nature, Wildlife, Human Emotions, Portraits, and Fashion.
