Eminent singer Nachiketa Chakraborty has sung a song about Satyajit Ray’s immortal detective character Feluda. This song was released at the residence of the eminent filmmaker in the presence of Sandip Ray and Nachiketa Chakraborty.

The original lyrics of this song were penned by Abhijit Pal.

Nachiketa Chakraborty plays Topshe in the song. The song revolves around the description of Feluda in the eyes of Topshe.

“I did not really think of a release like this. I had assumed it would be elsewhere. I’m completely exhausted. Like many others, I also like Feluda. I passionately sang this song. On Satyajit Ray’s birthday next year, I will write, compose, and perform a song honoring him. I truly enjoy performing the song to the melody of Kaustav Chattopadhyay, and Abhijit has composed it quite well. I chose to take the stairs rather than the lift because this property is like a pilgrimage for me” said Nachiketa Chakraborty.

Actually, Feluda and Shanku are all Satyajit himself, according to Sandip Ray. “I, therefore, desired for the song to be released in Feluda’s home. What a better setting than this house to debut a song about Feluda” said Sandip Ray.
