The special screening of the upcoming Bengali Film Sangrakshan took place recently. It was graced by the director and the cast of the film.

The story of the film revolves around old age homes. It shows how senior citizens stay in such homes and how they are separated from their children and their grandchildren. Sangrakshan shows how staying at such places affects them.

The film is directed by Souvik Dey. “One will have to watch the film to know why I have named the film Sangrakshan. It deals with a topical issue that is relevant in today’s times” said the director.

The cast of the film consists of Zarina Wahab, Joyjit Banerjee, Shreya Bhattacharya, Purnya Darshan Gupta, Amyth Sethi Mondal, and others.

The film is made under the banner of MS Films & Production.
