A press conference was organized to celebrate a decade of indigenous cuisine by the food brands Santa’s Fantasea and Fusion Fantasea.

Avijit Shah and Partha Ghosh graced the press conference.

The trio behind these two iconic food brands were Avijit Shah, Partha Ghosh, and the recently deceased Kaushik Ghosh.

The food joints offer a great range of tribal and seafood preparations. Dishes from the coastal regions of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and the Northeast are included in the menu of the food brands.

Santa’s Fantasea has a great variety of seafood and tribal preparations. Some of the popular signature dishes of this food joint are Bansh Pora Chicken/Mutton/Fish, Patra Pora, Kori Gassi, Jadoh Rice, Jhupu Pisi’s Mutton, Arsa Chum, Devil’s Crab, Smoked Crab, Shanghai Octopus, Chili Mustard Squid, Butter Garlic Lobster, and others.

The food joint has two outlets- one at Golpark and the other at Salt Lake.

Fusion Fantasea was started in 2015 and the food joint offers amazing fusion food for the patrons. Some of their popular food items are Arbi Gosht Pulao, Lava Gosht, Bamboo Biryani, Rustam Kebab, Gushtaba, Nalli Nihari kebab, Bhakar Khani, and many more.

Fusion Fantasea has two outlets- one at Lake Terrace and the other at EZCC, Salt Lake.

Speaking at the press conference, Partha Ghosh said “It was very difficult to make people eat tribal food at restaurants. Slowly and gradually, we have made tribal food accessible to the people in the city. We were certain that they would like it if only they tasted it. And sure enough, the love for such food has been on the rise”.

The food joints have introduced new dishes to cater to the evolving tastes of the patrons for tribal and fusion food. They have remained true to their promise of serving new and exciting dishes to the customers every time they visit the outlets.
