In French, the word Sante means Health and the word Gis means Elegant. Taking a cue from these two words, Santegis Health Care was named. The diagnostic center and clinic were officially opened in the presence of Jayeeta Das, Basanti Dutta, Directors of the diagnostic center, and Professor Dr. Monotosh Panja, renowned cardiologist, and others.

The idea for starting this diagnostic center started during the global pandemic. The director duo who is also friends in real lives realized the gap between demand and supply in health services during the pandemic. They decided to come up with a diagnostic center where people can get themselves tested and prevent diseases.

Different kinds of pathological tests and diagnostic services will be available at this center that is located at Jadavpur Sulekha More. Important tests like Halter monitor, color Doppler, EEG, ESC, or NCV will also be done at this center. The patients can also consult specialist doctors in the OPD clinic too.

One special feature of this diagnostic center is that about 60 percent of lady employees are employed at this center.

Special packages will be available for women and senior citizens at this diagnostic center. Senior citizens within a 5km radius can get their samples collected from their homes and the reports delivered to their homes. No delivery charges will be taken from them.

If this diagnostic center is successful, the director duo has plans of opening up centers in Haldia and Durgapur in the future.
