Chobiyal is an upcoming Bengali feature film by director Manas Basu. The story has been written by Indronil Boksi. Saswata Chatterjee and Srabanti be seen in lead roles in the film.

Habol (Saswata Chatterjee) by profession is a photographer who has got a studio near a crematorium and is into dead body photography. Habol was very close to Kanak Da and assisted him (Amitabh Bhattacharjee). He used to click photographs in various wedding events. One day Kanak Da leaves the village.

Habol falls in love with Labonyo (Srabanti Chatterjee) and starts staying together in the studio near the crematorium. Habol’s friends get surprised by his newly made up family for which Habol left his job of photography.

A day comes when one of his friends talk to Habol about the over possessiveness towards Labonyo. Angry about this incident, Habol takes a drastic step and leave the village with Labonyo. What happens next?
