Chop and cutlets are the traditional fried foods that Bengalis adore, and have a soft spot for them. To capitalize on this, Acropolis Mall, one of India’s upscale malls, introduced “Kolkata Fries,” a festival featuring mouthwatering fried cuisine. The celebration will go on until November 27, which also happens to be Black Friday Sales, a wonderful activity that started in the USA to encourage sales. Over the course of these three days, foodies can thrill their palates with mouthwatering delicacies every day from noon to 10 p.m.

Food joints like “Calcutta Delicacies”, “Go Lebanese”, “Buddy Bites”,  “MAMBO’S ”, “Nalin Chandra Das & Sons,”,  “ SENGUPTA”, “ROY PAN STALL”,  “BANGLAR DOI” and  “TURKISYANO” have participated in “KOLKATA FRIES’.

Mamboos recipe-Smoked chicken pizza, Turkisiano -special Turkish ice cream

Banglar doi- Doi & dhudh er sor vaja

Sengupta caterers- Fish fry, fish chop, chicken fry, chicken kabiraji, Calcutta delicacies- fish cutlet, chicken cutlet, Buddy bites- fried momo, chicken lollipop chicken pakora

Go Lebanese – Honey chicken and others

Kolkata Fries- Chicken Kabiraji, Fish Fry, Fish Chop

NALIN CHANDRA DAS & SONS- Doi and Dudh er Sor Vaja and fried sweet

Dimwala-pop up rolls

Turkisiano- Turkese ice cream

Roy Pan Stall will end the feast with traditional Benarasi Pan
