This is the first time that Saurav Das and Bonny Sengupta will be acting in a Bengali film together. The name of the film is Jhor.

The suspense thriller film will show these two actors in a different look.

Bonny will be seen in the role of a teacher named Michael. The story is set in Kalimpong. Jane, Mona, Nasifa, and Shikha are in their hostel. Jane thanked Michael as he convinced Jane’s parents to let her come to Kalimpong to study. She considers him more like a guardian. She meets Sourav at college and they develop a relationship. However, her good luck does not last long and she is admitted to a hospital. She is in a coma. Mona, Nasifa goes missing. What happens next?

Newcomer Amrita will be seen in this film opposite these two actors. Apart from her, the other members of the cast are Liza Goswami, Chandan Sen, Rajatava Dutta, Tulika Basu, and Shantilal Mukherjee.

The director of the film is Anthony Zen.

The film will be shot in Kolkata and North Bengal.

Samidh will be composing the music for this film.

The film will be released under the banner of PS Entertainment.
