Meraki’s first fashion show was organized in 2018. Babul Supriyo and Srijit Mukherji were the esteemed guests at the fashion show.

And in the second year, eminent director Kamaleshwar Mukherjee, Arijit Dutta and many other esteemed guests graced the occasion.

Meraki’s organiser Reema Chowdhary (owner of Baya Boutique) and Hasna Hena Hasan (owner of Hasna Hena Hasan Boutique) are the two self sustaining designers who started their journey from INIFD.

To promote new talents and give them a chance to showcase their talents, the fashion show was started by these two designers. Making a name in the industry is a tough job. With the help of this platform, this will become easy for the upcoming designers.

This time a few changes happened in the fashion show. A kid’s fashion show, dance performances (Classical and Western), artist Amel Haque’s sketches were some of the highlights of the show.

The second year of Meraki fashion show was therefore high on glitz and glamour.
