Sign Language Classes At SAI Angan- Focus On Holistic Education
The largest and most prominent play school in India, SAI Angan, announced that its kids will soon receive sign language instruction as part of their normal language curriculum. SAI International Education Group is renowned for its dedication to holistic education. This significant move, which was made during the current session, is in line to empower young learners with the knowledge and abilities to promote inclusivity and empathy. The aforementioned program has yielded notable improvements in their listening skills and empathy, so underscoring the significance of comprehension and communication in a multicultural society.
Young SAI Angan pupils, dubbed SAIoneers, have jumped at the chance to study sign language and will confidently and enthusiastically grasp the fundamentals. By creating videos with sign language, they have already begun to share their newly acquired abilities with their classmates.
The mission of SAI International Education Group is to close communication barriers and foster an inclusive culture in children by integrating nationally and globally recognized sign languages into the curriculum. Through meaningful connections with others, the kids are empowered by this project to build a sense of togetherness and understanding that goes beyond spoken communication.
Dr. Silpi Sahoo, Chairperson, of SAI International Education Group, said, “We are carrying on the vision of Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, who was always committed to the comprehensive education of children, with this effort. These days, understanding sign language is really beneficial for a variety of reasons, but chief among them are increased accessibility, inclusivity, and communication. This curriculum will lessen frustration during the early stages of communication, improve vocabulary, and advance language development. This will not only assist the child in interacting with the larger community in the future, but it will also enable them to form networks and friendships that they might not have otherwise been able to due to language problems. Our tiny SAIoneers have set the standard for inclusion promotion, and with that, we are incredibly proud. Their eagerness to pick up this new talent excites me”.
According to SAI International Education Group, exposing children to a variety of communication styles at a young age is essential to their development into well-rounded, compassionate people. The kids will use these priceless skills for their future learning and development, thereby influencing the world in which they live.
