The first look launch of director Saptaswa Basu’s Durganagar was unveiled in the presence of the director, Srabanti Chatterjee, Soham Chakraborty, Sanghopriyo Mukherjee, and others.

The poster shows Srabanti dressed in a salwar suit and portraying a serious look.

With this film. Sohom and Srabanti will be seen again as a pair. They have acted in films like Amanush, Phande Poriya Boga Kande Re, and others.

Sohom said “We hope that the audience and the media support us enough so that we can make a great film. I am thankful to the director for thinking of me and Srabanti for this amazing film. We hope to make a grand film”.

The story of the film revolves around the concepts of Shiva, Durga, and Asura.

Saptaswa Basu said that he was nervous during the first look launch. Audiences have become judgemental and often troll artists. Hence he was nervous. However, this tension and anxiety help make good films.

Sanghopriyo Mukherjee will be seen in a negative role in the film. This is his first film and the actor revealed that he was tense about his new film.

Srabanti was looking forward to starting work on this film. The story of the film appealed to the actress and hence she agreed to do the film.

The shoot of the film will start in March.
